Diagnostic Trouble Codes

Diagnostic trouble codes provide failure determination for several parameters. The monitor screen will indicate an analog failure and the main window will flash red when an overtemp condition occurs.  The fail low analog value is triggered when the voltage of an analog input goes below the programmed analog failure value for that input.  The fail high analog value is triggered when the voltage of an analog input goes above the programmed analog failure value for that input.

The fail high battery voltage is 25 volts.  Above this voltage, the unit will (cease to function?).  The fail high temperature is 248 degF or 120 degC.  Above this temperature, the unit will shut down to protect the electronics.  The fail low temperature is -22 degF or -30 degC.
