I connected up all the inputs and went to check the trans perameters and found that it was set for a 10 cyl motor (It has a 6cyl cummins) and I am using a 4-pulse per rev tach pick-up and the peak rpm needs to be set at 4000 rpm, and also noticed that the driveshaft rpm is set for 16 pulses per rev and the base file in the download sect is 6 pulses per rev. The 4x4 ratio needs to be 2.72. The truck has 4.30 gears and 37" tires so I need the parameters for that also (or I can send you the current tcu file).

Tim,
The 4WD low ratio only applies to transmissions where the speed sensor is located on the output of the transfer case. We have plenty of 4R100 calibrations for diesels. Send an email to support@ptcs.us or give us a call and we can email you calibration that will be much closer to your application to get you started.

Tim,
It is on the list of things to do and won't take long to add. However our software guys are tied up on a new test stand for our production military controller. It will be another week or so before they can get back to it.

No problem, I just wanted to make sure it didn't fall through the cracks. Thanks again.
