Hello we own a totally rebuilt Bmw m3 e36.
The car has autronic sm4 and the only connection point left is the one on the rear axel, dont know what type of transmitter this is but it has 2 pin.

Q: How to connect and how to calibrate or settings.

The car is running on 305/25/20" tyre`s

If the speed sensor has only 2 wires in would most likely be a magnetic sensor. Connect one side of the sensor to one of the speed inputs on the D200. Connect the other side to the SGND on the D200.

You will need to configure the input on the D200 to read MPH. In the software select the speed input that you wired the sensor to and change its function to Vehicle Speed. Set your trigger level to 1.25, Filter to 2, Glitch filter to 3 and disable the pull resistor. You will need to enter your tires size, axle ratio and number of teeth on the speed sensor. If you click on the Naming and Gauge tab, you can give the input a name and select the desired speedometer range. After that is all entered press the update button.

Did not get this to work, Bying an abs sensor tomorrow and will try this, hopefully this will work

By the way talked to Bmw in Norway, they said the abs sensor have 3 connection point`s do u know whitch to use?

Sorry, I do not have the pinout for the BMW sensor. If its a 3 pin you'll need to supply power to the sensor also. Do you have wiring schematics for the car?
