Very recently a number of users have reported getting a Runtime Error 380 when the TCU software starts after having the software function properly for any number of weeks. We were able to work with a customer having this problem on the phone today and have a TCU 2.0 version that has a fix for this bug now. If you are encountering this bug please call PCS technical support and we will be happy to give you a link to download the updated version that corrects this problem.
