Some of the pressure sensors we received have an incorrect pinout. The +5v and GND pins are reversed. These sensors cause the D200 to reset when plugged in and the do not appear to work. These sensors were shipped between 6/18/2007 and 6/25/2007 and were supplied with a -4 to 1/8npt adapter.
You can either swap the +5v and GND wires or return the sensors for a replacement. Sorry for the inconvenience.
