Hi Guys,

i have just ordered a logger through your Great Australian agent Rob at Powertech and i have a few questions
the logger will be going in our 9sec LS1 powered car running the factory PCM with a 3 bar OS on it,

how far away is the OBD logging?? it would be much easier for me just to plug into the OBD port and not have to tap into any wires,

in the mean time can i just tap into the map sensor, water temp, air temp and oil pressure sensor?

i will be using one of the factory ABS sensors for the speed sensor they are just a normal Magnetic sensor, this will work ok? i can calabrate on our dyno no problems

cant wait to get this product on our car to help use reach the 8sec zone!

Dale,
We don't have an estimate on when the OBD2 stuff will be available. We are working on finishing the aftermarket ECUs now. In the mean time you'll have to tap into the factory sensors to get the readings. The factory speed sensor will work just fine. Set your axle ratio to 1, enter your tire size and then adjust the pulses per rev until it reads correctly. Also, set your trigger level to 0.94v, the filter value to 2 and the glitch filter to 3.
