The program I mentioned before won't work. It only works if the program is running and since you get the error when you start the program that won't help. I'm having the software guys write a special version of the software that will pop up a different message after every step of the startup process. This should help us locate what might be causing the problem. I will email it to you when its complete. You should have it before friday.

ignore this problem now, i reinstalled xp on my laptop and it works a treat now!!
