Help!!!!!,i just acquired a 1986 Chevy p/u with a 350 and a th350c lockup trans. The guy i got it from installed a Holley 600 carb and removed the smog pump and a lot of the unnecessary vacuum lines(which is fine with me). There is a 3 wire plug just above the tranny pan on the drivers side for the lockup convertor but he cut the wires(one is blue, one is green, the other is either orange or pink). Can anyone tell me where each one of these should go to? The convertor is NOT locking up and the engine RPMS are killing my engine(3300 at 55 mph!!)This is my only vehicle and runs great otherwise. I have been told that i can wire it up from the battery thru a switch and lockup the convertor when i want but noone seems to know which wire to wire as positive and which one to wire as negative and what to do with the third wire!!! I dont necessarily mind doin this if i knew how to wire it up(help!) But i would rather wire it back like original so the convertor locks up and unlocks when it should. If anyone knows how to do either or both,i really need to know before i have to rebuild the engine or tranny or both or just buy something else to drive,Thanks!!!(I dont mind being contacted thru email if someone would rather do that(txmale41@hotmail.com) or (txmale4877656@yahoo.com) Question

We really don't work with mechanical transmissions. I would suggest JEG's and getting a TC lock-up kit.
