I'm using a tcu with a 545rfe & fast xfi fuel injection , using the can network
to get rpm, tps, ect info. On occasion when at wot the trans will not 1-2 upshift at the right rpm and the engine hits the limiter, this happens even tho i have the 1-2 wot upshit rpm lower than 2nd-5th wot upshifts (6000rpm vs 6400rpm) when this happens if I let up on the throttle it upshifts immediately.
The data in the monitor seems correct when driving (its hard to check the xfi & the pcu at the same time).

thanks,
dan chapman

Dan,
Can you take a datalog of the problem and send it to us? Does the problem only happen on the 1-2 shift?

dchapman, did you get your problem fixed? i have the same setup and had same problem. I went to the WOT setting and changed the 1-2 shift to 35mph and it fixed it. Also, it must match the part throttle shift table.
