I have a diesel 4runner with an exhaust brake. I want to have the TCC lock up at zero throttle to get maxium effect. Can I do this using a PWM vs TPS set up? I figure that I could use a changeover relay, with a diode pack built in, to prevent voltage going back to the TCU via the standard TCC lockup circut. Any thoughts would be great.
Joe,
One nice thing about our outputs is that they can be bridged together to provide additional functionality or greater current capablility. Look through the PWM output functions and see if one fits the criteria you are looking for. You can then connect 2 pwm outputs together, one is the normal tcc lockup control, the other is your lockup for the exhaust brake.
