From the installation of the PCS Software, C:\ Program Files\pcs\automatic transmission controller\cal templates\....(model of trans)....how do I load these trans templates to see how they compare to what I have created.

The base template files are what is used when you go to File> New Calibration File. You can just create a new file, select your transmission type and skip the setup wizard to see what the base file looks like.
