OK I have adjusted softer line pressures for shifting but I'm still getting warm temps even though I'm not pushing the truck hard or sitting in traffic. Could my accumulator pressure not be set right? My Accumulator pressure is set at 0 in N<>1 should this be up a little more?

Accumulator Pressure is not used on domestic transmissions. Only some of the Aisin transmisssions have accumulator pressure control. The warm temps can come from not locking the converter early enough.

Do I have to edit the part trottle upshift with the lock up table, I think I use to have that set up but it was confusing and I was advised to change it back, So I need to figure out to lock it up partially in 1st? But can your lock ups cross your up shifts? I know this is complex but I need to figure this out to save my transmission. I have read the page 33 In my TCU manual 2.0 #6 Thanks Trapper

You can't lockup in 1st gear. The transmission does not allow it. You can lockup in 2nd and up. The lock and unlock tables are independant of the shift tables. Think of the sequence you want before making the change to lockup per gear. It takes some time to dial the tables in.
If your calibration is setup to lockup per gear, then you need to set your lowest gear to allow lockup to 2. Then you can adjust your lockup and unlock tables with the part throttle shift tables to get it to lockup when you want. If its setup to have a single lockup and unlock table you can still have it lockup in second gear by setting your lowest gear to allow lockup to 2 and then adjust your tables down so that it locks in second.
How much power are you putting into this transmission? If the transmission is heating up when just moving around trailers and setting in traffic its not the calibration. Either your idle is too high or the cooler is not functioning correctly. The transmission is always going to heat up when the engine is driving against the converter. Also, its hard to keep the tranmission cooler than the engine unless you have a big external cooler.

Thanks Mo Smoke, but it just didn't work. I think I have a valve body problem. What ever I do it lets 3rd slip and slam 3rd lock-up, when I lock up 2nd just for a little while, It make the TC bark it shifts so hard. So I'm going to put that VB on the list of things to do in the future. The people that built my tranny are kinda known to go overboard with how the VB shifts. Thanks again Trap
