I was wondering if you had anything in development for these transmissions. I know they have an internal TCU and I read a post that was a few years old stating that you were working on it.
Currently I'm working on a 68 mustang with a 4.6 DOHC and a 4R70W but I was interested in a 6 speed. Is there anyway to make it work. All the fords in the US with these transmissions are mated with the 3V 5.4 and 4.6. Would it be possible to use an ECU from one of these? Or mabe an ECU from an AU ford falcon with the 5.4 DOHC and 6-speed auto.

We are working on a controller for the GM 6L80 transmission. Its not likely we will do the 6HP or 6R transmissions. Its extremely difficult to accomplish and the market is not really there. Its possible you could use the ECU from an AU ford to communicate with the transmission.
