Aisin a761E transmission

The a761E 6spd automatic is used in Lexus LS430 & BMW IS 350.

Transmission is completely electric control - has a small black box
on side of trans case.

Is there anything to enable using this trans behind an engine
other than a Toyota / Lexus ?

I have one of these with convertor in storage for a project car.

We don't have any information available for that transmission. It would be difficult to determine if our controller would be compatible with it.
