TCU software version 1.5.1A was released on our website today and can be downloaded from our Downloads section located in the Support menu. It is mainly an update for some small usability issues that arose in several situations. This is not indicative of our upcoming 2.0.0 release which will have substantial changes and incentives to upgrade. If your software is running great right now and you have no problems there is no need for you to obtain this update. Also if you have a beta version of the software that is newer than our public 1.5.1 release you should not download this update. Below is the portion of our README.TXT that refers to the 1.5.1A release.

Changes/Additions
-----------------
1. 4WD Low not showing up on speed inputs form.
2. Engine cylinders supports a value from 0.1 to 2000.

Bug fixes
---------
1. Selecting digital output 2 through the File menu could cause the software to give Run-time error 424.
2. Entering values above 255 in the RPM breakpoints table would cause an overflow.

During our development of the TCU 2.0.0 release we have made several distinct changes in the operation of the TCU to ensure greater compatibility with modern as well as several older transmissions that were not originally in our design for this release. In addition to the new PC software there will be a new firmware version that will be programmed into the TCU itself and there will be an upgrade procedure to update your existing calibrations to the 2.0.0 version. At the present time we are deciding how to move existing users to the new version that would require them the least amount of effort as well as finalizing our feature set for this release, which can be a hard thing to decide what needs to be added as opposed to what we want to add. Presently the 1.5.1A version can be downloaded from this address and is mainly for users who had trouble with any of the things listed in my original post.

Existing users can download the smaller Compact Installation which does not contain any manuals and will save a great deal of time on a dial up connection. We apologize for the delay in our 2.0.0 release but we would like to give users something that is solid and will give users a lot more features and support.

If you are interested in trying a beta version of the 2.0.0 software that is being used by our testers you can get in contact with either James or me by private messaging either of us via the forum or emailing or . Again, we apologize for our delay but appreciate your continued interest in our development and look forward to releasing a great update for you in the near future.
