I have an issue with the WOT settings, I can get the 1-2 shift to max 4000 and 2-3 and 3-4 at max 5000 any other setting will jsut revert to 4000 and 5000 respectively this happens both on saved files and when downloading/retrieving tune from the PCS.
Version is 2.0.0 RC4

Sam,

When you auto-retrieve the calibration from the unit and you are in online mode, the background screen should be blue. While this screen is blue, open the WOT settings form for the calibration (A or B) you are working in. Type the number you want in each field and be sure to hit the enter key after you type the number. Once you have typed in the number and hit enter after each field, you can close the WOT settings form. Now re-open it and you should see the changes you made. If you do not hit enter after typing in a value in our software, the value will not be stored/sent to the unit and this issue would mimic the problem you are describing.

Let me know if this solves your issue.
