Military & OEM Transmission Control

PCS offers several models of transmission controllers well-suited for military or OEM use. Common Foundation All PCS transmission controllers are standalone transmission controllers capable of controlling the majority of the electronic automatic transmissions on the market today. Customers program shift points, shift firmness, torque converter lockup and many other parameters using either the user-friendly Windows PC interface or the PCS touch screen Dash Logger. All controllers feature the same robust and versatile hardware design that allows PCS transmission controllers to satisfy many demanding custom applications. Currently, the transmission controller is available in 5 models. They are discussed below and summarized in the chart. A printer friendly PDF version of the chart is available here. Model Overview The TCM-2000 is the commercial version of our transmission controller. The TCM-2005 is designed for extreme environments with its IP67 rating. The TCM-2006 is also a rugged version of the transmission controller but does not have quite the same level of ingress protection. The TCM-2008 is in the rugged enclosure but also includes full current monitoring on all of the PWM output channels.
